About Us

Who we are…

77 Arts Academy is the leading music school in the Acton/Concord/Sudbury and surrounding areas.  We provide private music lessons and classes for all ages from beginners to professionals.

It was created by local parents and teachers in January 2012  dedicated to providing children with the foundation to a life-long enjoyment of playing musical instruments and doing fine arts.  The pleasant inspiring studios overlooking the Assabet River along with our experienced faculty and a culture of fun, respect, & learning create a wonderful environment for arts education.

Other schools attempt to follow our lead in new programs and to begin to market a similar culture of fun, mutual respect, and learning.  Although we are flattered by such competitive responses, our focus is on continuously finding ways to drive passion in music and art from young children to adults with great overall value.

We believe in a balanced goal-oriented approach to arts education to help our students not only to excel but also having the patience and fun to allow them to enjoy the process of learning.  Music recitals, ensemble performances, and acting demonstrations  provide students something to aim for and showcase their achievements.

Our partnership with the New England Conservatory School of Continuing Education allow adult music students to have NEC SCE courses and private music lessons with NEC faculty members.

The academy is conveniently located on Rt 62 in South Acton across the street from Stop & Shop.  We are co-located with On Your Toes Dance and Theater Company.
